Product Description

Dulux Weathershield Alkali Bloc is a high quality, high performance priming system for external plaster surface to improve adhesion between wall and topcoat material. It enhances beauty and protects the surface longer. The special acrylic based white primer sealer formulation based on a “breakthrough technology”, permeates into the superficial layer and seas away surface problem. Its non-chalking, high adhesion property resists pealing or flaking of top core.

Application Description

Step 1 : Surface Preparation
Ensure that the surface is completely dry and thoroughly clean and free from grime, dust, flakes, grease, oily substances, etc.
Step 2 : Application process
For old surfaces, before applying remove all loosely adhering particles or powdery materials by thoroughly scraping, followed by cleaning. Apply one coat of Dulux Weathershield Alkali Bloc over dried surface.

Tips & Advice

1. Preparing the Surfaces

Ensure Surface is dry & free from grime, dust, and grease. Remove loose or flaking particles. Sand the surface by using Emery paper No. 180 & wipe
clean. For prepainted surface, where putty application is not expected use
Emery paper No. 320 & wipe clean.
2. Cleaning

Clean all equipment with water immediately after use.
