Product Description
Dulux Velvet Touch Pearl Glo is a premium quality, highly durable and washable emulsion paint with a best mid sheen luxury finish. It is the only super premium interior emulsion that brings alive the smooth touch of velvet and soft glo of pearls on the walls. Now with Tru Color (Dura Color Technology), Velvet Touch is made with the finest ingredients and color pigments to deliver intense rich colors and ultra-smooth finish on your walls.
Application Description
Step 1: Surface Preparation
New concrete/plaster surface should be allowed to mature properly. Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, free from all loose particles, dust, dirt, grease, wax, mould, fungal growth etc. before application and all surfaces should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter wiped off.
Step 2: Application process
Prime surface with ICI cement primer and allow it to dry overnight. Use a mixture of 1 part of Dulux Velvet Touch with 1 part of whiting or oil-based putty or IC readymade wall filter to rectify and smoothen out the surface. Sand and apply another coat of primer. Dilute the paint with 25% - 40% clean water and apply 2 coats of paint on the wall.
Step 3: Drying time
Touch dry for the paint is 30 minutes and allow 4 hours of drying time for recoating.
