Sadolin Epoxy Insulator is the Universal Undercoat for wood top coats that provides Superior adhesion to subsequent coats. As it offers a strong film, it helps in improving the topcoat coverage
Step 1 : Preparing Surface for application
Sand the wooden surface using Sand paper no.180 followed by sand paper no. 320, and wipe & clean for any dust and grime. Fill dents using Sadolin wood filler and use Sadolin Wood stains as per requirement using recommended process. Mix Sadolin Epoxy Insulator base & hardener in the ratio of 1:1 by volume. Use it within 3 hours. Step 2 : Application process. a.By Ragging: Apply one coat (3-4 passes by cloth) of insulator, and allow to dry for
1-3hrs.
b.By Spraying: Apply one coat (1/2 passes) of insulator and allow drying for at least 3 hours.
c.If additional coat is required, apply 2nd coat of Epoxy Insulator after 3 hours.
d.After each coat, sand lightly with sand paper no. 320 e. Apply subsequent sealer coat
after sanding.
5.Maximum 2 coats of Epoxy Insulator can be applied. 6. At higher temperature, use
Sadolin PU thinner for dilution. Volume of thinner must be 15-20% of Epoxy Insulator mix
May Cause an allergic skin reaction. Keep out of children,
  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    Clean the surface using Sand paper no.180 and keep free of dust and grime. Clean all the equipements thoroughly.
  • 2. After use
    Clean painting epquipment immediately after use and dry
