Product Description

Dulux Supergloss 5in1 is a super-premium enamel paint that delivers high end performance in a mirror-like ¬finish with a rich, deep and long-lasting shine for wood and metal surfaces. Because of its unique resin system, its white and color fi¬nishes are beautifully bright and clean and stay as good as new for a longer time without yellowing or losing shine. Dulux Supergloss 5in1 also has special link-bond technology makes the paint ¬film more crack-resistant than ordinary enamel paints.

Application Description

Step 1 : Surface Preparation
Ensure Surface is dry & free from grime, dust & grease. Remove loose or flaking particles. Sand the surface by using Emery paper No. 180 & wipe clean. For pre-painted surface, where putty application is not expected, use Emery paper No. 320 & wipe clean.
Step 2 : Application process
Add up to 1 parts of White Spirit/ Mineral Turpentine Oil (MTO) to 10 parts of paint by volume.
Step 3 : Drying time
Touch dry is up to 1 hour and tack free dry is within 4-6 hours.

Health & Safety

Treatments such as sanding, burning off etc. of ﬁlms may generate hazardous dust and/or fumes sanding/ ﬂatting should be used wherever possible. Work in well ventilated areas. Refer Safety Data Sheet for more details.

Tips & Advice

1. Preparing the Surfaces

For minor cracks and uneven surface: Rectify and smoothen the surface by applying solvent-based putty after sanding the first coat of primer. Repeat putty application if required. Do light sanding for -final surface smoothening.
2. Cleaning

Clean all equipment with Duwel Thinner (61-33) or White Spirit / Mineral Turpentine Oil immediately after use.
