Product Description

Dulux SuperCover is a smooth premium interior emulsion for walls & ceilings that enables you to bring home the Colours of the World from your favourite destinations. Its ColourGuard technology ensures that these colours are protected from daily wear & tear and last longer. Its ProCoat Technology gives unmatched opacity & good coverage. And now with added benefit of Anti-Bacterial, Dulux SuperCover helps to inhibit growth of certain bacteria on the painted surface.

Application Description

Step 1: Surface Preparation
Prime surface with a coat of Dulux Water Based Cement Primer or Dulux Interior Acrylic Primer. Allow drying for 4-6 hrs. Smoothen the surface by filling dents with thin coats of Dulux Acrylic Wall Putty. Allow drying for 4-6 hours. Sand with emery paper 180 and wipe clean. Apply another coat of primer & allow drying for 4-6 hrs. Primer-Putty-Primer is a must to get the desired effect of the top coat.

Step 2: Application Process
Use 40-60% of clean water for Br. White and Pastel shades. For Dark shades use 25-40% of clean water. Do not over dilute and shake the paint well before use. Stir thoroughly before use. Sand the surface with emery paper no 180 and then wipe clean. Apply 2-3 coats of Dulux SuperCover with minimum 4-6 hours between the coats. Normally two coats of paint are sufficient for opacity and the desired finish. However, an extra coat may be required for change of colour & deep base shades.

Step 3: Drying Time
Min. 30 mins is required for the surface to dry. Allow 4-6 hours for complete drying.

Health & Safety

No added Lead, Mercury & chromium compounds. Lead content in dried paint film does not exceed 90 parts per million. Refer Safety Data Sheet for more details.

Tips & Advice

  • 1. Preparing the Surfaces
    Ensure that the surface is clean, dry and free from all loose particles, paint film, dust, dirt, mould, fungal growth etc. before application; Surface should be thoroughly rubbed down using a suitable abrasive paper and thereafter wiped off; For New concrete / plaster, surface should be allowed to mature properly; Use suitable Dulux AquaTech range of products to fix the dampness issue in wall; Proper surface preparation is must to get the desired effect and finish.

    Clean surface from all loose poorly adhering materials by rubbing down using a suitable abrasive paper
