Application Description
Prime the surface with Duwel Wood Primer for wood or Dulux SB cement primer for masonry surface. Smoothen the surface by applying good quality putty and sand it after drying. Apply second coat of putty if required. Smoothen the surface by sanding with emery paper no. 320 & wipe clean. Apply second coat of Primer with brush and roller
Step 2 : Application process
Stir the paint well & strain through the muslin cloth before use. Apply the fi¬rst coats of Dulux Lustre Dana Finish Enamel without thinning for better performance. If required dilute the material with 10% of Duwel Thinner (61-33) or Mineral Turpentine Oil. Apply second coat without thinning after the complete drying of the ¬first coat (6 – 12 hrs).
Step 3 : Drying time
Touch dry is up to 1 hour and tack free dry is within 4-6 hours.

1. Preparing the SurfacesEnsure Surface is dry & free from grime, dust, and grease. Remove loose or flaking particles. Sand the surface by using Emery paper No. 180 & wipe
clean. For prepainted surface, where putty application is not expected use
Emery paper No. 320 & wipe clean. -
2. CleaningClean all equipment with Duwel Thinner (61-33) or White Spirit / Mineral Turpentine Oil immediately after use.
