Product Description

Dulux Aquatech SUPERPLAST+ is an integral liquid waterproofing compound advance formulated with water reducers & super plasticizers for cement concrete, mortar, and plasters. It makes concrete cohesive & improves workability of the mix. The compound has been designed to be used even with M-sand, improving its workability & thereby increasing its compactness. The product is formulated with selected surface-active super plasticizing agents, chemicals & additives which make the cement concrete/ plaster mix more compact upon curing, reduces water permeability.

Application Description

• Charge cement, sand and aggregates as per the mix design.
• Add 70-80% water & mix for 2-3 minutes.
• Add Aquatech Superplast+ as per recommended dosage into the gauging water, and then mix further for 2-3 minutes.
• Place the concrete or plaster as required.

Curing and Maturation
• The standard maturation practices for concrete columns, beams, chajjas and parapet walls need to be maintained even while using the additive.
• For waterproofing of low areas like below the bathroom tiles, or sunken areas, it is essential to provide 1-2 days of setting time for a proper solution.

Dosage
• 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement

General Instruction
• Use a mechanized mixer to ensure homogenous mixing of Dulux Aquatech Superplast+ with the remaining components. Hand mixing is permitted only for 25 kg or less.
• Add Aquatech Cement mix to the batching/gauging water as per the dosage. Complete the addition of remaining water till desired consistency is achieved. Do not add water above the required quantity.

Health Safety and Environmental Information: No added Lead, Mercury & chromium compounds. • Lead content in dried paint film does not exceed 90 parts per million. • Treatments such as sanding, burning off etc. of paint films may generate hazardous dust and other fumes. • Wet sanding/flaming should be used wherever possible. Work in well ventilated areas. Use suitable personal protection equipment. • Do not breathe vapour/spray. • Remove as much paint as possible from brushes and rollers before cleaning. • Do not use empty container for storing food. • Lift with care - gross weight may exceed 10 kg Hazard Statements: No known significant effects or critical hazards. Tips & Advice

  • 1. Cleaning
    Clean painting equipment immediately after use and dry
  • 2. Storing
    Observe the label precautions. Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated place away from sources of heat, ignition and direct sunlight. No smoking. Prevent unauthorised access. Containers which are opened should be properly resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Do not use or store any paint container by hanging on a hook.
