Product Description

Dulux Aquatech Flexible Waterproof basecoat Neo is a breakthrough in waterproofing technology. Its special tough polymer matrix forms a thick, elastic, super protective film, which covers the cracks and blocks water. And the strong network of polymer fibers makes the coating tough enough for waterproofing of side walls.

Application Description

• Clean the side walls properly as per recommendation.
• Apply 1 coat priming of WS alkali Bloc primer/ Dulux Professional WS E1000 Sealer as per recommended dilution or a self-priming coat of Dulux Aquatech Flexible Waterproof basecoat NEO with 30 % dilution.
• Post Drying apply 1 coat of Dulux Aquatech Flexible Waterproof basecoat NEO without dilution and allow for 6-8 hrs of drying.
• Post Drying apply 2 coats of Dulux Weathershield Powerflexx or Dulux Professional WS Flexx with 30-40 % dilution.
• Please ensure 6-8 hours of drying between the 2 coats. Proper film thickness is essential for the water proofing. Therefore, it is important that Dulux Aquatech Flexible Waterproof basecoat NEO Coverage shouldn’t exceed 30-45 sq. ft/Lit.
• If recommended coverage is not achieved additional coat must be applied for desired performance.

Lead content in dried paint film does not exceed 90 parts per million. • Treatments such as sanding, burning off etc of paint films may generate hazardous dust and other fumes. Wet sanding/flaming should be used wherever possible. Work in well ventilated areas. Use suitable personal protection equipment. • Do not get in eyes, on skin or on clothing. • Call a POISON CENTER or physician if you feel unwell. • Do not breathe vapour /spray. • Remove as much paint as possible from brushes and rollers before cleaning. • Do not use empty container for storing food.     Clean painting equipment immediately after use and dry
  • 2. Storing
    Observe the label precautions. Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated place away from sources of heat, ignition and direct sunlight. No smoking. Prevent unauthorised access. Containers which are opened should be properly resealed and kept upright to prevent leakage. Do not use or store any paint container by hanging on a hook.
